The families we serve are always our top priority. We want our community to know that during this pandemic emergency of COVID – 19, our business will never close. We are here to care for families as they grieve and celebrate life, regardless of conditions.  Please call before stopping in as staff may be limited.

In this uncertain time, we are working nonstop to prepare for whatever happens next, and pledge to care for those in our community with compassion and respect. We have enacted extra cleaning and disinfecting of our chapel twice daily and after each service.

Our government officials, both national and local, have advised that all public gatherings be limited to 10 persons or less in dealing with the COVID-19 crisis. We take this pandemic emergency very seriously and are committed to following those recommendations.

We will make every effort to accommodate families in making arrangements and conducting services in any capacity needed to ensure their safety, the safety of the community, and of our staff, while honoring their loved one.

For the interim, until the authorities lift the restrictions, we are implementing the following:

• All public visitations have been cancelled and will not be offered.
• Services in any of our chapels will be limited to ten persons and/or immediate family only.
• Graveside services at Black Hills National Cemetery are limited to ten persons.
• A memorial service may be held at our chapel at a later date.
• Livestreaming & video recording for all services available at no extra charge.

Cremation services will follow the same guidelines as outlined above.
